''So what plans do you have for 16 to 21 year olds?'' asked one of the SSF's esteemed patrons,18 months ago. Festival Director, Chris Grace has responded with the Shakespeare Youth Festival.
This new project is available to all 16 to 21 year olds from youth organisations and schools across the UK and following the success of the Shakespeare Schools Festival - but this time it's the students who run the show.
On March 6th, the Unicorn Theatre in London played host to the first ever Shakespeare Youth Festival theatre companies.

Registration period: 400 places are available to schools, youth theatres and youth groups. Potential groups are encouraged to come along to Schools Festival and see work for themselves.
