Registration for the 2009 Shakespeare Schools Festival is now open.

The Festival gives 11-16 year olds the opportunity to perform half hour abridgements of a Shakespeare's plays in professional theatres in October 2009. As part of the process, all Teacher Directors receive a workshop with the National Theatre, and each Cast have a workshop with the National Youth Theatres of the UK.
