The Registration Fee

For the registration fee of £730 (plus VAT) you receive:

• A Teacher CPD training day with the National Theatre

• A half day performance skills Cast workshop for your students

• Opportunities for the involvement of a technical student and a student marketing team

• Scripts, resources and marketing materials

• A technical and dress rehearsal in a professional theatre with professional practitioners on the performance day

• Tailored support from your regional coordinator

It costs SSF £1600 per school to run the project. The remainder is raised from box office, sponsorship, trusts and foundations and fund-raising events. SSF is both unique in its offer and excellent value for money.

Ideas for raising the registration fee include:

• Sharing the fee between departments e.g. English and Drama, English and History, Drama and Business Studies, Music and Drama etc.

• Accessing funding linked to national school strategies

• Encouraging student ownership through in-school “cake-bake” fund-raising initiatives
